Browse the database
Open OrgHub Course Management to browse learning journey databases and the Content Blocks library — columns, views, and how to open entries for editing.
The Content Database lives in OrgHub under Course Management. Two tabs — Learning Journeys and Content Blocks — list everything your institution has stored centrally.
Browsing is the first step before creating, editing, organizing, or reusing shared material: you see what already exists, which courses are linked, and when content was last pushed.
Why it matters
A searchable, filterable central index prevents duplicate work. When dozens of databases and hundreds of library blocks accumulate across faculties, the OrgHub tables become your catalog: you can confirm whether a standard intro quiz already exists, see which courses depend on a database before editing it, and spot stale syncs from the Last synced column before students see outdated material.
How it fits
Browsing connects administration in OrgHub to teaching in the LMS. What you find here is the source; what students see is the course copy after import or sync.

Open the Content Database
Go to OrgHub → Management → Course Management.
Select the Learning Journeys tab to browse learning journey databases, or the Content Blocks tab for the block library.
Learning Journeys tab
The table lists every learning journey database in your organisation. For each entry you can see:

Use the toolbar to search, filter, and create a new database.
What you are looking at
Each row is a master journey — not a student-facing enrolled course by itself, but a template whose sections and blocks can be imported or kept linked to regular courses. A high Syncs count means many offerings depend on this database; check Last synced before assuming linked courses already have the latest version.
Content Blocks tab
The Content Blocks table shows reusable blocks in the central library. Each row represents one block you can copy or link into course learning journeys.
Columns include the block name, type, and sync status for blocks linked to courses. Click a block name to open its edit page.
Open a database for editing
On the Learning Journeys tab, click a database name.
Use Table View, Student View, or Path View to edit sections and blocks — the same editing interface as a course learning journey.
Open Settings on the database to manage linked courses and run syncs.
The three views match what teachers use inside a course: Table View for structured editing, Student View for previewing the learner experience, and Path View for visualising flow. This parity is intentional — a learning journey database is edited the same way as an in-course journey, but lives in OrgHub as the authoritative master.
Best practices
- Filter by tags on the Learning Journeys tab when your institution maintains many databases across programs.
- Before editing a heavily synced database, note linked courses in the Syncs column and plan a sync window so updates reach all sections together.
- Use block type in the Content Blocks tab to find, for example, all shared Test or Hand-in templates.
Common pitfalls
- Tabs missing — the central content library may not be enabled for your institution, or your role may not include permission to manage courses in OrgHub; contact an administrator rather than searching inside individual courses.
- Assuming browse equals enroll — database entries are content masters; students still access material through their enrolled courses.
- Editing a linked course instead of the database — courses linked to a learning journey database cannot edit journey content locally; browse back to OrgHub and edit the database, then sync.
