Redesigned Global Search ⭐

You can now find anything across your entire institution in seconds with the completely rebuilt search experience, powered by an AI assistant that understands your questions in natural language.

Key capabilities:

• Instant search across all areas: Find courses, modules, users, rooms, appointments, announcements, curricula, and settings from one central search bar

• AI Concierge: Ask questions in plain language — like “What are my upcoming deadlines?” or “Show me my grades” — and get instant, context-aware answers

• Smart suggestions: The AI adapts to your role (student, educator, or admin) and only shows tools and results relevant to you

• Recently visited pages: Quickly jump back to pages you recently opened without searching again

• Prefix shortcuts: Type a prefix to narrow your search to a specific category (e.g., users, courses, or settings) for faster results

• Announcement search: Find announcements by content — even with semantic matching when enabled by your institution

• Infinite scroll: Browse through large result sets without pagination, with results loading automatically as you scroll

• Context-aware results: The search highlights results most relevant to the page you’re currently on

How to use: Open the search bar at the top of your dashboard or press the keyboard shortcut. Type your query or start with a prefix to filter by category. Click the AI icon to ask questions directly.

New Learning Journey Navigator

You can now navigate through your course content with a redesigned sidebar that shows your progress at a glance, highlights the next step, and lets you search for specific content blocks.

How to use: Open any course and use the new navigation panel on the side. It displays sections, progress dots, and lets you search or filter content blocks.

Automatic Grading for Workbench Blocks

Educators can now enable automatic grading for multiple-choice and single-choice questions in workbench blocks, so students receive their scores immediately after submission.

How to use: When creating or editing a workbench content block, enable “Automatic Grading” in the grading settings. Choose a grading schema and optionally enable partial credit for multiple-choice questions.

Smart Document Export for Multiple Object Types

You can now generate and export pre-filled documents not only for users, but also for modules, curricula, and rooms — including bulk export for multiple items at once.

How to use: Go to the relevant section (modules, curricula, or rooms), select items, and choose “Export Document” from the toolbar. Pick a template and the document will be generated with pre-filled data.

Mass Email from Appointments

Educators can now send bulk emails directly to all participants of a specific appointment, with automatic variable replacement for personalized messages.

How to use: Open an appointment, click the options menu, and select “Send Email”. The email editor supports variables like participant name and appointment details.

Role-Based Digital ID Cards (EID)

Administrators can now configure digital student ID cards per role, including custom validity periods, disclaimer text, background colors, and Apple Wallet integration with dark mode support.

How to use: Go to Settings > Roles, select a role, and open the EID tab. Configure the card appearance, validity type, and optional disclaimer text.

Module Merging

Administrators can now merge duplicate or related modules together, automatically transferring course connections, enrolled students, and study plan items to the target module.

How to use: In the module planning view, select a module card and choose “Merge”. Select the target module, review the impact summary, and confirm.

Custom Exam Forms on Module Level

You can now assign custom exam forms directly at the module level, giving you more control over which exam templates are available for each module’s examinations.

How to use: Open a module’s examination requirements and select from the available custom exam forms in the dropdown.

Bulk Grade Update

Educators can now update grades for multiple students at once from the exam users page, saving time during grading periods.

How to use: In the Exam Center, open an exam, select multiple students, and use the bulk grade action in the toolbar.

Course Grades Section

A new management tab for course grades lets educators view and add comments to individual grades, with markdown preview and character limits for clear feedback.

How to use: Open a course, go to the management area, and navigate to the new “Grades” section to view and comment on student grades.

PDF Viewer in InfoHub

You can now view PDF attachments directly inside announcements without downloading them first.

How to use: Open an announcement in the InfoHub that has a PDF attachment, and it will display inline within the sidebar.

Billing Data CSV Export

Administrators can now export fee schedule billing data as a CSV file with localized column headers for accounting purposes.

How to use: Go to the fee schedules section and click the CSV export button in the toolbar.

The AI assistant now loads faster, shows contextual suggestions based on your role, and displays loading indicators while searching for answers.

Improved Exam Center Navigation

The Exam Center sidebar has been reorganized with clearer navigation, and clicking an exam name now takes you directly to the users page.

Exam Type Management

Managing exam types is now easier with improved confirmation dialogs, impact previews when changing types, and better permission checks for editing and deleting.

EID Card Visual Improvements

Digital ID cards now automatically adjust background colors for better readability, with improved dark mode support on both web and Apple Wallet.

Improved Zoom Meeting Handling

Appointment video meetings now show clearer status messages (e.g., “Meeting not started yet” or “Meeting has ended”), with improved validation and error handling throughout.

CalendarCast Display

The CalendarCast view now shows overlapping appointments side by side and properly displays hybrid format events.

Workbench Content Block Creation

Creating new workbench content blocks is now more streamlined with a simplified creation flow and better form validation.

Learning Materials Navigation by Role

Course content sections are now filtered based on your role, so you only see the materials relevant to you.

Attendance Management on Mobile

Educators can now view and update appointment attendance directly from the mobile app, with proper access control for each participant.

Improved Schedule Export

Exported calendar files now include PDF and Excel formats, display all-day events correctly, and use the proper CSV delimiter for your region.

Module Planning Refresh

The module planning view now automatically refreshes when you make changes, so you always see the latest data.

Renamed “Core Modules” to “Introductory Modules”
