Better Access Management

In user management you will find a new “Access” tab that makes roles, permissions, and study programs much easier to control.

Roles can now be created from existing templates, their names have been unified, and unnecessary required fields — such as forced role selection when creating a user — have been removed.

A clear intermediate view for permissions with practical filters helps you get clarity faster, while smaller text and wording corrections make the interface more consistent.

Overall, the update means fewer clicks, clearer structures, and a noticeably smoother workflow.
