Chat Update
The chat system has been redesigned with a modern, Slack-like experience including new ways to search, create groups, and interact with messages.
How to use: Open the Chat section from the sidebar. You’ll find new features like conversation search (click the search icon in any chat header), pinned messages, date-based message navigation, quoted replies, message reactions, and a completely new group/channel creation flow with contact lists and course-based groups.
Smart Document Update
The document viewing and editing experience has been completely rebuilt with a new, faster engine — delivering better performance, a modern toolbar, and new capabilities like Office file support and document signatures.
How to use: Open any document in the platform as usual. You’ll notice a refreshed interface with improved editing tools. Administrators can create and manage document templates under Settings → Service Contracts, and users filling out documents will see the new viewer automatically.
Exmatriculation & Leave of Absence
You can now fully manage student exmatriculations and leaves of absence directly within the platform — from individual actions to bulk processing of entire cohorts.
How to use: Open a student’s profile under User Management, navigate to their Study Plan tab, and use the new status actions in the study history section. For bulk actions, select students in the cohort user table and choose “Exmatriculate” or “Leave of Absence” from the toolbar.
Course Table Improvements
The course management table now shows much more information at a glance and lets you preview course details without leaving the page.
How to use: Go to Organization Hub → Course Management. The table now includes new columns for capacity, modules, semesters, and responsible persons. Click any course row to open a detailed preview sheet with tabs for details, content blocks, agenda, and modules.
Better Course User Progress
You can now see exactly how far each user has progressed through a course’s content blocks, with detailed filtering and status breakdowns.
How to use: Open any course and go to the Users tab. Click the progress indicator next to any user to open a detailed sheet showing all content blocks with their completion status, filterable by block type and status.
Workbench UI Improvements
The interactive workbench experience has been refined with smoother navigation, better element handling, and a new completion progress indicator for students.
How to use: Open any workbench as a student or editor. You’ll see improved page navigation, a clearer completion progress bar, validation alerts before submission, and smoother drag-and-drop for rankable elements.
Modules Page Redesign
The modules management page has been completely refreshed with new editing capabilities, better organization, and module group improvements.
How to use: Go to Organization Hub → Modules. You’ll find new options to archive/unarchive modules, bulk delete, duplicate modules, and edit module group names, codes, and descriptions directly. Module groups now have a dedicated description page.
Superadmin Role Settings
The Superadmin role is now fully configurable. Setup tabs and views just like for any other role!
How to use: Go to Settings → Roles & Permissions. You’ll see the Superadmin role listed with special indicators. Assign it to trusted administrators who need access to all areas of the platform.
