Better Data Imports

We have comprehensively improved our CSV import tools to make managing your data faster, easier, and more reliable. Here’s what’s new:

Smarter user imports: You can now assign users to courses directly during import by including a “Course Code” column in your CSV file. We have also significantly improved the import process to handle thousands of users at once, with better progress feedback and fixes for email address capitalization issues.

Bulk course enrollment: A new “Import” button on the course participants page lets you quickly enroll multiple users in a course by simply uploading a CSV file with their email addresses.

More detailed module imports: Your module import files can now include more details, such as ECTS credit points, required attendance rate, workload information, and exam requirements.

Improved validation for semester imports: When importing semesters, the system now provides real-time validation for start and end dates in the preview window. This lets you catch and fix errors before completing the import.

Consistent user experience: We have standardized the “Import” button across all features for a clearer and more consistent experience.
