Remove a Submodule from a Module version

Removes one exact catalog connection. Pass cascadeChoice as a query parameter (propagate, skip, or reset) so clients and proxies do not need a DELETE body. The same Submodule remains available under other parents. Removal that would break the parent pass rule returns 409. Requires Module Hierarchy to be enabled. Scoped to your integration’s institution via Basic Auth credentials.
