Returns a continuing education program with its versions, responsible users, connected curricula, and summary counts. Use GET /cohorts?studyProgramId={id} for cohort details. Same shape as list items. Scoped to your integration's institution via Basic Auth credentials.

`GET /continuing-education/{id}`

**Responses**

- `200` — Continuing education program detail
- `401` — Unauthorized
- `404` — Not Found
- `422` — Unprocessable Entity — validation or business rule error
- `429` — Too Many Requests — 1000 requests per minute per institution. Includes \`X-RateLimit-Limit\`, \`X-RateLimit-Remaining\`, \`X-RateLimit-Reset\` (ISO-8601), and \`Retry-After\` (seconds).
- `500` — Internal Server Error
